Storyboards and Storyboards and Storyboards

I had no idea how hard it was going to be to plan everything out into a sequence. There has been a lot of back and forth writing the script and then editing the storyboards and then back to the script again and again. Were are starting to get close to a final vision of what we want for the project that everyone is enthusiastic about.

A big thing for me going into this project, which made me hesitant to work in a group project, was that everyone would want to cut corners and not want to approach anything too difficult. Im greatful to work on a team with talented artists who actually want to find excuses to include more FX and even trickier shots. Drew has been researching how to create and composite lens effects in Houdini and Nuke and I am excited to see what he comes up with.

The script has changed quite a lot but I have neglected updating this blog on accident but I should be back on track. Here is an earlier version of the script we were working with. The next version likely done tomorrow will be our final concept to be refined as we begin working on the shots.
